Nealey (she/her) based in Los Angeles, CA, occupying Chumash and Tongva (Gabrieleno) land.

At HENSLEE, I serve as Chief of Staff, orchestrating our operations and driving strategic initiatives. My role involves streamlining processes, coordinating cross-team efforts, and identifying new business opportunities to keep us growing and glowing.

Outside of my work, my passion for the ocean runs deep—literally. As a free diver I find both challenge and tranquility in the ocean depths. Exploring the silent world beneath the waves is an experience that has enhanced my ability to stay calm under pressure and see situations from new perspectives. The pursuit of going deeper in both my professional and personal life keeps me constantly learning and pushing boundaries.

Whether I'm diving into complex business problems or actual waters, I approach each with focus, adaptability, and a commitment to growth.

How do you like to start your day?  Do you have a morning routine or ritual?

After my morning walk I like to a cup of tea and a cuddle with my kit cat Kevin.
